My name is Andriy Honcharenko aka trootootoo, backdrops artist from Lviv, Ukraine.I started to create my backdrops over than 10 years ago. Before that I have studied geology and paied much attention to music -played psyrock on bass in local band. During last years of study in university I discovered the world of psychedelic and fluro colors.I started to display conceptual esoteric ideas on black fabric using glow colors and also developed psyculture in my home city as party organiser and dj. Soon while tripping in Carpatian mountains I found out this baby-scream -'Trootootoo!' so it became my artist name. After that it revealed me many meanings like 'trootootoo is true to two' like dialog between two people or between me and my inner self. As I develop this concept and my art, I got first invitings to europe. Till now I brought my art to Finnland, France, Slovakia, Germany, Belgium, Hungary, Japan and Russia.
All backdrops are united by state and concept. Each one is deep travel within consciousness,where details help to find new stories. Color rhytms. Schematic esoterism merge with dynamic organic style.
One of my concepts is search of harmony between this two styles.
My art is a flow. Flow of colours and shapes on our backdrops, always changing as you try to proseed them with your eyes. Changing forms and colour-gradations dim and spark back, bringing one into meditation process as you can't take your eyes off, letting yourself flow with them.
